In the bustling heart of the Netherlands, a collective dream took shape among a group of friends - a dream of reshaping the (vacation) home market with sustainable, luxurious, and innovative tiny houses. At the helm were Bert Tervoert, a seasoned veteran with 25 years of experience in vacation home development, and Cosmas Bronsgeest, an esteemed architect with 34 years of design expertise. Alongside them stood Pablo Bronsgeest, an entrepreneurial spirit driven by a desire for impactful change, and Michiel van den Hazel, a talented economic and business student with a passion for entrepreneurship.

Their journey took a decisive turn when they crossed paths with Jeroen Welsenes and Bernard Kordic, founders of a highly respected wooden building company known for their expertise in constructing not only tiny houses but also larger wooden structures for prestigious clients like Landal and Dutchen. Jeroen and Bernard brought with them a dedicated team of 37 skilled individuals, including builders, architects, and engineers, all deeply committed to sustainable building practices and innovative design solutions.

United by their shared vision and unwavering determination, this diverse team embarked on a mission to redefine modern living spaces. With each project, they sought to push the boundaries of traditional construction methods, incorporating cutting-edge technologies and eco-friendly materials to create homes that not only exceeded expectations but also minimized their environmental footprint.

Together, they were Tiny House World - a powerhouse of creativity, expertise, and passion, dedicated to making sustainable living accessible and inspiring for people around the world. As they forged ahead on their journey, their collective efforts would not only transform the vacation home market but also leave a profound and lasting impact on the future of sustainable living.
